What we aim for

This statement is a draft. It has not yet been dated or independently reviewed.
Green Burial CR aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, the design:
- uses text and colour contrast intended to meet AA for body text;
- is built with semantic headings and landmarks, so it works with a screen reader and keyboard;
- keeps a visible focus outline on links and controls;
- reflows to a single column on small screens and respects the browser’s text-size setting;
- reduces motion when the operating system asks for reduced motion;
- provides alternative text for images.
Known gaps
- Some forms are not connected yet, and some links point to pages or documents that have not yet been added.
- A full accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.
